2. Processing Time : We need your documents before Thursday because we lodge every Monday. Therefore we need your documents a few days before.(Express service is available)

Important Note :
Applicants who live in : Northen Ireland, Cheshire, Cleveland, Clwyd, Cumbria, Derbyshire, Durham, Manchester, Gwynedd, Humberside, Lancashire, Lincolnshire, The Isle of Man, Merseyside, Northumberland, Nottinghamshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Tyne & Wear or Yorkshire, must lodge their application in The Spanish Consulate General in Manchester.

Applicants who live in : Scotland have to go to the Spanish Consulate General in Edinburgh.

Note :
If you have UK visit visa or UK Tourist visa or you been in UK less than 6 month then we can not apply on your behalf. You should go to the embassy in person.

(1) Two Fill application and one LTP - visa to europe order form.

(2) Two color photos (passport size over white background, No Hat, Cover...etc, No Glasses). please attach your photo with a glue - do not staple.

(3) Your passports (must be valid at least 6 month after your return from Spain). Your UK visa must be valid at least 3 month after your return to UK. SOUTH AFRICAN TEMPORARY PASSPORT is not accepted by the embassy.

(4) Employment letter if you are working (plus your last three payslips if you have it, if not don't worry)/ Student letter if you are studying and it must explain that you are attending school (All Not older than one month).

(5) Reccent bank statements(The last three month).original not photocopy,the one which bank post it to you every month & not older than one month. We need all the pages specially first page with your name and address.online printouts are not acceptable. printouts by bank must be stamped by bank.
NOTE:if you are working then your bank statements must show your wages.

(6) Travel Insurance (Insurance bought over internet is acceptable). Length of your insurance must be as same as visa requested e.g. 6 month then 6 month visa, 3 month then 3 month visa ...

(7)Proof of Ticket and Accommodation.

(8) If you are a business traveler or attending a conference you need to have relevant documents for them such as invitation letter from Spain confirming your attendance or your nature of business over there and also you need to have a letter from your company over here confirming your position in the company and nature of your visit/conference in Spain and any other document which you think are relevant and useful.

(1) If supported by a partner/parent/guardian then letter from their employer, plus letter of support from partner(plus marriage certificate if married)/parent(plus their marriage certificate)/guardian, plus partner/parent/guardian's bank statement and employment letter.

(2) Embassy will keep your bank statements and your employment letter.

(3) If you are chinese passport, process may take longer than usual.

(4) If you are married to a British citizen then you need item number:1,2,3,4,5,6 plus your wife/husband passport and original marriage certificate.
Note : If one who married to a british/Europian passport holder is housewife or out of job then we also need a supporting letter from the one who has British/Europian passport mentioning he/she supporting his/her wife during the trip plus we need your bank statements and employment letter.

(5) If your marriage certificate isn't in English language or isn't a full British marriage certificate then you have to translate it and certify the original marriage certificate with you embassy in UK first then take it to foreign and commonwealth office in Trafalgar square and ask them to put apostille stamp on it.

(6) If you are married to an EEC national such as French,(Except Spanish national)...etc citizen then we can not lodge your passport through Spanish embassy.

(7) Persons in UK on a dependant's visa must show passport of the spouse/parent on whom they are dependant plus original birth/marriage certificate even if dependant on a non-EC national and/or over 18.

(8) If you are under 18 years Then you also need :


(A) Your original Birth certificate.Full birth certificate. (It should be translated in English and must be stamped by your Embassy in UK).

(B) Letter from your parents or guardians saying that they give you the permission and provide you the financial ..etc support during your trip.

(C) Photocopy of your parents passport (first page).


(9) Nannies/domestic workers in a private household require original passport of their employer and letter of support from employer and their recent bank statements possibly.
